Provisioning a Mobile/PC Line key on a supported 69xx IP Phone allows users to pair it to their mobile phone or PC using Bluetooth wireless technology. Once paired, users can
sync their mobile phone’s contact list with the 69xx IP Phone
answer a mobile phone call using the 69xx IP Phone or PC video conference (calls are signaled on both devices with audio seamlessly streamed from the mobile phone or PC to the 69xx IP Phone when answered)
move active calls between the 69xx IP Phone, PC and their mobile phone.

PC video conference applications such MiTeam Meetings, Zoom, Microsoft Teams are supported for both Windows 10 and Mac through the IP Phone’s Bluetooth interface.
You can pair PC audio only from the PC and not from the 6940 IP Phone.
After your PC is paired, the PC device appears in the paired list of devices on the 6940 IP Phone. If there is currently no device associated with the Mobile Line key, the device will connect automatically.
After pairing, you cannot use the BT Handset, BT Headset, or S720 while you are using PC audio over Bluetooth.
After pairing, the softkeys disappear.
You can switch between PC audio and IP Phone; but only a valid device will revert to PC audio from the IP Phone.
Only one device type (Mobile or PC) can be the currently associated with the Mobile Line key. If there is already a PC or Mac connected, and a mobile phone is the newly paired device
Only iOS and Android mobile phones are supported.
Mobile/ PC Line is not supported on PKMs.
Mobile/ PC Line is not supported on devices that belong to an emergency hunt group.
Only one appearance of the Mobile/ PC Line key is allowed on a device.
Mobile/ PC Line calls cannot be auto answered.
Pressing another line on the 69xx IP Phone while the Mobile/ PC Line is active mutes the Mobile/ PC Line.
If you are on an active call with an Attendant, then the Attendant call is dropped when you move to the Mobile/ PC Line as the system does not support hard Hold for an Attendant call.
Pressing the Mobile/ PC Line key while a call is active on another line puts the call on hard hold.
Auto-answer is ignored when a call arrives on the prime line while the 69xx IP Phone is active on a Mobile/ PC Line.
Audio from a page received while a Mobile/ PC Line call is active on the 69xx IP Phone speaker overrides the call audio. If the call is on the handset or headset, off-hook voice announcement is denied to the page.
A 69xx IP Phone with an active Mobile/ PC Line call is considered idle by MiVoice Business. As such, incoming MiVoice Business calls will NOT follow any Call Forwarding or Call Rerouting Busy treatments in effect on the phone. The calls can still be manually forwarded using the Forward softkey.
Call Duration Display for Mobile/ PC Line calls records the length of time the Mobile/ PC Line call has been connected to the 69xx IP Phone, not the length of the call itself.
Mobile/ PC Line keys are not presented calls when the phone is locked.
Mobile/ PC Line is disabled if DND is enabled.
An active Mobile/ PC Line call is transferred back to the mobile phone on a Hot Desk Auto Logout or Login.
Users will NOT receive the following audible indications while on a mobile call:
Ring splash for an incoming call to the set from the PBX
Ring splash for a call arriving at a DSS/BLF appearance
Ring burst for a call pickup notification
Ring burst for an ACD threshold alert
To respond to calls, the user must terminate the mobile call or push it back to the mobile device.

Assign a Mobile Line type key to the phone.
Mobile/PC Line is supported on 69xx series phones only (excluding the 6905 and 6910 IP Phones).
PC Audio over Bluetooth supported on 69xx series phones as the audio device for PC video conference applications such MiTeam Meetings, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and so on, for both Windows 10 and Mac through the IP Phone’s Bluetooth interface.
To use the 6940 IP Phone as an audio device over Bluetooth, you must enable the Mobile Line feature by either of the following ways:
Programming a Mobile Line key for the IP Phone.
Pressing and holding a programmable key. For more information, see “69xx IP Phone User Guides”.
Note: Contact your System Administrator for details about enabling Mobile Link functionality on your 6940 IP Phone.
To answer an incoming mobile call using the 69xx IP phone:
Lift the handset for handset operation, or press the Speaker key, or press the (Speaker/Headset) key, tap the blinking Mobile Line key, or tap the Answer softkey for handsfree operation.
Tap the Decline key to reject the incoming mobile phone call.
To move audio from an active mobile call between the mobile phone and 69xx phone:
Tap the Push call softkey to push the mobile call audio from the 69xx phone to the mobile phone.
Tap the Mobile Line key to push the mobile call audio from your mobile phone to the 69xxIP Phone.
To respond to another call while active on the Mobile Line, do one of the following:
Terminate the mobile call.
Push it back to the mobile device.
Put the Mobile Line on hold.
